Return Eligibility

You may return a product under the following conditions:

  • ✅ Return request is made within 7 days of delivery
  • ✅ Item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging
  • ✅ All accessories, manuals, and tags are included
  • ✅ Item has a manufacturing defect or damage upon delivery
  • Wrong item was delivered

The following items CANNOT be returned:

  • ❌ Items damaged due to customer misuse or negligence
  • ❌ Products with broken seals (unless defective)
  • ❌ Items returned after 7 days of delivery
  • Sale or discounted items (unless defective)
  • ❌ Items without original packaging

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact us via Email or WhatsApp within 7 days of receiving your order
  2. Provide your Order Number, reason for return, and clear photos of the item
  3. Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days
  4. Once approved, you will receive return instructions
  5. Ship the item back to our address (return shipping charges may apply)

Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.

  • Approved Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • 💳 Refund will be issued to your original payment method
  • 🔄 In some cases, we may offer a store credit or exchange instead of a refund

Exchange Policy

We offer free exchanges in the following cases:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Defective or damaged product received
  • Size or variant mismatch (if applicable)

Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery. The replacement item will be shipped once we receive the original product.


Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  • Take clear photos/video immediately upon opening the package
  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • We will arrange a free replacement or full refund

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), we will cover the return shipping cost
  • If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch with a full refund
  • Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, please avoid unnecessary cancellations

Non-Refundable Situations

We reserve the right to reject a return or refund in the following cases:

  • Item shows signs of physical damage by the customer
  • Missing accessories or original packaging
  • Return request made after 7 days
  • Item has been used or tampered with
