Return Eligibility
You may return a product under the following conditions:
- ✅ Return request is made within 7 days of delivery
- ✅ Item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging
- ✅ All accessories, manuals, and tags are included
- ✅ Item has a manufacturing defect or damage upon delivery
- ✅ Wrong item was delivered
The following items CANNOT be returned:
- ❌ Items damaged due to customer misuse or negligence
- ❌ Products with broken seals (unless defective)
- ❌ Items returned after 7 days of delivery
- ❌ Sale or discounted items (unless defective)
- ❌ Items without original packaging
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, follow these simple steps:
- Contact us via Email or WhatsApp within 7 days of receiving your order
- Provide your Order Number, reason for return, and clear photos of the item
- Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days
- Once approved, you will receive return instructions
- Ship the item back to our address (return shipping charges may apply)
Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.
- ✅ Approved Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
- 💳 Refund will be issued to your original payment method
- 🔄 In some cases, we may offer a store credit or exchange instead of a refund

Exchange Policy
We offer free exchanges in the following cases:
- Wrong product delivered
- Defective or damaged product received
- Size or variant mismatch (if applicable)
Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery. The replacement item will be shipped once we receive the original product.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
- Take clear photos/video immediately upon opening the package
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- We will arrange a free replacement or full refund
Return Shipping
- If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), we will cover the return shipping cost
- If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges
Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch with a full refund
- Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, please avoid unnecessary cancellations
Non-Refundable Situations
We reserve the right to reject a return or refund in the following cases:
- Item shows signs of physical damage by the customer
- Missing accessories or original packaging
- Return request made after 7 days
- Item has been used or tampered with
